With the ailing economy prices at most of my favorite stores have been plummeting! While the low prices are certainly not a good sign, they are nice to see as I compile my holiday gifts. So, if you haven’t already started your shopping the following stores are offering some pretty stellar deals at the moment, that I am sure you won’t want to miss out on! (I am only offering a sampling… Most stores right now are offering lots of reduced prices!)
1. Saks Fifth Ave at Beachwood Place. If you are in need of anything for the wonderful man in your life get up to Saks! The Men’s Department has loads of items discounted right now… Looking for a tux shirt??? They’re a mere $40 if that gives you any idea. Stuff is going quick though so be speedy!
2. BCBG at Beachwood Place. The entire store is 30%-50% off right now, and the even better part??? They are automatically reducing the prices on some new items that are coming in as well – can’t beat that!
3. Marciano at Beachwood Place. While there are some really awesome new items in stock that have yet to be reduced, there are still many great items on sale… IN fact, a wide selection of some really HOT shoes are marked down 50% (it was definitely hard to resist).
4. Express (anywhere). I am not sure if Express is still running the “Buy one get the second item 1/2 off” promo but they have been throughout the last couple months and it works on ANYTHING… accessories, clothes, whatever. Plus this retailer is ALWAYS offering lots of coupons and promotions. (stop in to see they’re sweet festive party wear!) FYI: I was also just given a 20% off coupon via email.
Maybe actually getting out to the stores during the hustle bustle isn’t your thing. Shopping online this year is also easy on the pocketbook. HINT: if you want the heads up on the sales and discounts be sure to register for the company’s online newsletter – I know these notices can bulk up your inbox, but the savings you’ll reap will be enormous! (For instance, Steve Madden was offering 20%-40% off for the better part of the week this week) It pays to register, TRUST ME!

I drove by Summit Mall today…..you wouldnt know there was any kind of economic troubles. Virtually every parking spot was taken. Same at best buy on rothrock.
