2010 Akron Beacon Journal and Ohio.com Contest for Cleveland Beer Week

Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
  2. One prize per winner.
  3. Void where prohibited.
  4. To enter, contestants may fill out an entry form on Ohio.com. For an alternate form of entry, contestants may enter at sponsor locations: Wayside Furniture, Akron Tile & Fireplace, Grape and Granary, Roy's Travel and Papa John's Pizza (certain locations).
  5. Enter the contest beginning Thursday, September 16 and ending Monday, October 11, 2010.
  6. The drawing will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2010. Sponsors will select at random potential winners from among all entries received up to the date of the drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of notification, or a potential winner is ineligible for any reason, sponsors will select an alternate.
  7. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsors reserve the right to provide an alternate game date at their discretion.
  8. Prize is non-transferable and has no monetary value.
  9. The Akron Beacon Journal and Ohio.com are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
  10. Employees of the Akron Beacon Journal and Ohio.com and its agencies and franchisees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and each of their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to enter.
